iNetCapital™ offers an easy, paperless process through our secure iNetCapital™ Leasing Platform portal. Upon completion of the Contact Form you will receive a confirmation email and a password and login information. Once you login, you will see the forms necessary to start your funding process.

Below please find the process you will follow to complete your funding. Each document necessary will be located in your private portal. Forms will be fillable PDF’s and or iNetCapital™ platform. Please read the Steps 1-7 and complete the process as listed.

Step 1:

Complete our simple contact form with basic company information

You will receive an email with login information including a password to access your custom portal for your funding

Complete Forms CR-01, CR-02 and either CR-03 or CR-03a located in your portal. Locate, complete and submit these forms. An iNetCapital™ representative will contact you following the submission of CR-01 CR-02 and CR-03 or CR-03a

Step 2

iNetCapital™ will present Client with term sheet (CR-04 or CR-05) based on your responses and your requested needs. Please note, this is not a commitment to fund, that occurs once we have received all the required documentation and completed our due diligence. Upon acceptance, you will fund a commitment deposit. Deposit is typically 1% of the Master Lease amount.

Step 3

Upon completion of Step 4 and receipt of the commitment deposit, forms CR-06 thru CR-20 and forms FI-01 thru FI-06 will be available for the client to complete. iNetCapital™ will also schedule a site visit at the client’s operation during this phase

Final approval shared with you and execution of legal documents finalized. iNetCapital™ Leasing Platform documents placed in client portal for execution.

iNetCapital™ will wire funds to you.

Paperless

As you read through the Process above, you should take note that the entire process is paperless. iNetCapital™ offers complete document sharing and submission on our website through our iNetCapital™ Leasing Platform. All of your forms will be stored in your private and secure account. The entire process from initiation to funding can be paperless and managed online by both parties.

On-line Portal

Once you complete a Contact Form iNetCapital™ will send you a link and credentials to a secure, private portal. The remainder of the process will be managed through the iNetCapital™ Leasing Platform.

Existing Customers

Many of you may already do business with our subsidiary companies including IPpay™, CTIconnect™ and MitoTec™. If you are a current customer, your login credentials will allow you to access the iNetCapital™ Leasing Platform. If you have any problem, reach out to us and we will confirm your credentials to the portal.
